Continue even if necessary until total length is 14”, ending with a WS row. Place safety pins or removable markers at side edges to mark armholes.
BACK
Reattach yarn and work across the next 66 (74, 82, 90) stitches for the back as follows:
Row 1: K5, P to the last 5 sts, K5.
Row 2: Knit.
Repeat last two rows until armhole measures 7½ (8½, 9½, 9½)”.
Next row: K5, P13 (17, 21, 25), K30, P13 (17, 21, 25), K5.
Finishing
Work shoulder seams together using 3 needle bind off. Bind off center back at the same time. Sew buttons to correspond with buttonholes. Weave in all ends.
