Approx. Finished Chest Size: 31”, (32, 34, 36)
Finished Hip Size: 36”, (36, 38, 38)
Length from Shoulder: 22”, (22, 24, 24½)

Materials:
Worsted Merino Superwash:
3, (4, 4, 5)-100g balls, color 22
Gauge:  20 sts, 27 rows = 4” using size 4.50mm needles over stockinet stitch
Needles:  Size 3.5mm and 4.50mm knitting needle,
Crochet hook size G

FRONT
Waistband
With smaller needles, cast on 82 (87, 92, 97, 102, 107) sts.
Beginning with row 1 (RS) of 3 X 2 rib, cont even in pattern until piece from beginning measures approx 3½ ins, ending with a RS row.
Next row (WS): Knit across, decreasing 20 (19, 18, 17, 16, 15) sts evenly over row.
62 (68, 74, 80, 86, 92) sts now on needle.

Back
Cast on 70 sts.  Work 8 rows of garter stitch
(4 ridges on RS). 
Work in st st for 18 rows. Next RS row K2*yo, k2tog* end K2.  Repeat the last 18 rows 6 more times or until desired width of garment. 
Work 18 more rows in st st. Work 8 rows of garter stitch. Bind off loosely.   

 

Finishing

Lightly block pieces to measurements.   Sew shoulders together (10”) and sew lower side seams together ( 3”).
 Weave in all ends.
