Child’s Felted Purse
MATERIALS: 1 ball Galway, 16” circular size 13 needles, size 11 double pointed needles.
GAUGE: 10 sts = 4” before felting.
SIZE: 4 x 3 x 5” tall
NOTE: Make handles first and set aside. Use remaining yarn for the purse. Use double strand of yarn throughout.
Handles:
Garter Brim Hat
Size: 1 Size fits most adults
Materials: 1 ball of Encore Mega
Needles: 16” circular size 15; plus double points- size 11 or 13; 1 marker.
Gauge: 2 sts =1” over st st on size 15 needles.
Loosely cast on 40 sts. Place marker and join into the round, taking care not to twist the sts.
Work in Garter st (purl 1 round, knit 1 round) for 11 rounds total- ending with a purl round.
Continue in st st (knit every round) until total length is 6”, ending at the marker.
Cowl & Hat
MATERIALS: 2 balls Encore in 2 contrasting colors- team colors for hat or cowl, 16” circular size 8; 1 stitch marker.
Color A = white, color B = red
Gauge: 4.5 sts =1” on size 8 needle
Needles: 16” circular size 8 plus dpns (Size 8) for the hat.
COWL:
With size 8-- 16” circular needle and color A, loosely cast on 90(100) sts.
Join and work in the round. Place a stitch marker.
Knit 10 rounds. NOTE: DO NOT CUT YARN! Carry unused color up at the changing point.

Gauge: 4.0-4.25 sts = 1” over garter st.
Needles: Size 7 needle.
Size: Approx. 8.5 x 5”.
With RED, loosely cast on 35 sts.

Attach WHITE and knit 2 rows. Carry unused color loosely up the side edge.

Super Easy Cowl
Materials: 2 balls Expression
Needles: #15- 16” circular needle, marker.
Size: Approx. 24” x 10”
Gauge: 2.5 sts =1” over st st.
Pattern:
LOOSELY cast on 70 sts, join, making sure not to twist the sts. Purl 1 round. Knit every round until almost out of yarn, leaving enough for 1 row and a loose bind off. Purl the last round. Bind off LOOSELY knitwise. Weave in all ends.

Materials: 1- 100g hank- Baby Alpaca Grande. Shown in Hand Dye colorway
Size: About 22(25)” around, about 11 (9)” long.
Gauge: 12 sts = 4” using size US 11 needles over st st.
Needles: US 11- 16" circular, 1 larger needle (13 or 15) for bind off only; 1 stitch marker.
Cowl:
With the 16” circular needle, loosely cast on 51 (61) sts. Place marker and join in the round, taking care not to twist the sts.
Round 1: K1, *(yo, k2tog); repeat from * around.
