With smaller needles cast on 57(57, 71, 71, 71) sts.  Knit 4 rows. Change to larger needles. Work in Sleeve Cable Pattern until piece measures approx. 5” from cast on, ending with Row 8. Next row is WS. Change to st st starting with a Purl row.  Begin increasing 1 st at beg and end of every 8th row 12(13, 11, 11, 14)  times for all sizes.  Then every 4th row 3(4, 0, 3, 3) times.  87(91, 93, 99, 105) sts.
Work even until sleeve measures 19” for all sizes (or desired sleeve length to armhole). End on a WS row.
