Row 1 (RS): With CC: k all sts.
Row 2: With CC: k all sts.
Row 3: With MC: K1, *sl1 wyib, k2, sl1 wyib, k4; rep from * across to last 5 sts, sl1 wyib, k2, sl1 wyib, k1.
Row 4: With MC: P1, sl1 wyif, p2, sl1 wyif, *p4, sl1 wyif, p2, sl1wyif; rep from * to last st, p1.

Back:
Cast on 73(78, 83, 88, 93, 98) sts and work in Ridge Stitch  pattern described above. When piece measures 13(13.5, 13.5, 14,  14, 15) ” end on a WS row.

Shape Armhole:
Inc 1 st at beg of next 3(3, 4, 4, 5, 5) WS rows. 
Next WS row, using the cable cast on method, cast on 37 sts for all sizes.

Chevron Stitch: (work over 26 sts for gauge measurement #’s in parentheses correspond with the larger sizes)
Row 1: WS Purl
Row 2: RS *Raised Increase into 1 st, K10 (13, 15, 17) sts, ssk, k2tog, K10(13, 15, 17) sts, Raised Increase into 1 st.; rep from *. 
Repeat rows 1 & 2 for pattern.

Front
Work same as back until sleeve cap measures 3”. End on a WS row.
Next RS row work across 43(47, 51, 55, 59) sts.  Turn work. 
Shape Left Neckline:
At beg of next WS rows, bind off 3 sts 1 time, 2 sts 2 times and 1 st 3 times.  33(37, 41, 45, 49) sts rem.  Work even until armhole measures same as Back to shoulder shaping ending on a WS row. 
Shape shoulder as follows:
At beg of next RS rows, bind off 7(8, 8, 8, 9) sts 4 times and 5(5, 9, 13, 13) sts 1 time.

Gauge: 19 sts and 22 rows = 4” in pattern

 

Continue working on established garter stitch edge and Cathedral Windows Pattern Stitch center, until piece measures approximately 59” ending on Row 6 of pattern.
