Sleeves and Yoke:
      Row 2:  CH 2, 3, (3, 3, 4, 4) DCs, CH 3 skip 3 DCs, *10, (11, 12, 13, 14) DCs, CH 3, skip 3 DCs.  Repeat from * to the last 4, (4, 4, 5, 5) sts, 4, (4, 4, 5, 5) DCs. 

Collar:

Row 1 (WS): K3, p to last 3 sts, k3.
Row 2: K across.
Rep these 2 rows three times more plus one additional row 1.  (9 rows total).  You will be ending with a WS row.
Work in Bobble Ribbing for 3 rows. (rows 1-3).  BO loosely in ribbing. Sew on buttons to front band. Weave in ends.
