Shape Armhole:
BO 4, (6, 8, 10, 12) sts at beg of next WS row. Dec 1 st at beg of next 4 WS rows. When all shaping is complete, 14, (16, 18, 20, 22) sts rem.
Rows 9-14: Knit 6 rows.
Repeat Rows 1-14 until total length is about 31.5”, ending with row 14. Knit 4 additional rows (so the ending border is 10 knit rows). Bind off. Weave in all ends.
