Gauge: 16.5 sts, 24 rows= 4” in stockinette stitch on US Size 8 (5mm) after blocking. The gauge of this pattern allows for optimum drape of the yarn. You may need to use a larger needle to achieve gauge.

Gauge: 20 sts, 28 rows= 4” in st st on US size 7 (4.5mm) needles after blocking, 24 sts= 4” in 1x1 ribbing on US size 6 (4mm) slightly stretched.
