With US Size 8 (5mm) longer circular needle, long-tail CO 86, (94, 102, 110, 118) sts. Work in 2x2 rib for 2½”, end having worked a WS Row. Change to larger needles.
Sleeves
With either length smaller sized circular needle, long-tail CO 42, (42, 42, 46, 46) sts.
Work in 2x2 rib for 2 ½”, end having worked a WS Row. Change to larger needles. Beg working in Thermal Stitch.
Neck Rib: With RS facing, smaller sized 16” circular, start at left shoulder edge, pick up evenly and k 14 sts along the neck edge to holder, k across 16 sts from front neck holder, pick up evenly and k 14 sts along the neck edge to shoulder, pick up evenly and k 3 sts from back neck, k across 30, (30, 32, 32, 36) sts from back neck- inc 0, (0, 2, 2, 2) sts evenly across, pick up evenly and k 3 sts from the back neck to shoulder. 80, (80, 84, 84, 88) sts on needle. Join in the rnd and pm.
