With smaller straight knitting needles, Cast on 174, (194, 218) sts. Work in 2x2 ribbing for 12 rows, decreasing 29, (31, 37) sts evenly across last row. 145, (163, 181) sts.
Switch to larger needles and begin working in Bell Lace pattern. When Bell Lace Measures 20 ½” end having worked RS Row & decrease 41, (33, 25) sts evenly across row- you may need to decrease or may less depending upon where you are in the Bell Lace pattern. As long as you have 104, (130, 156) sts you are fine.
